POETRY=BREKKIE=WOOLFEST=TODAY

Start the day with the new Poets' Breakfast 9.00 -11.00  am, at Peppers Cafe, Pudman Street, Boorowa with instigator Robyn Sykes as the feature and a shared mike for all styles of poetry. I'll be there.

Great weather for the Boorowa Woolfest this weekend — first in three years due to you-know-what —and its biggest day today (Sunday) with its well-known highlight, the Running of the Sheep, following the parade at 12 noon. There are working dog demos, pipe bands, Irish music, storytime, exhibitions, stalls, pie eating, all things wool ... Did I mention Irish music? Did I mention the big Irish history?
