The poetry love-in that is the interstate celebration of Australian Love Poems (ed. Mark Tredinnick, Inkerman & Blunt, 2013) will reach Canberra on September 26. It will be launched by Marion Halligan 6 pm at Electric Shadows Bookshop, Mort Street, Braddon, ACT. Being a stone's throw away (100k is a stone's throw by Australian standards) I am one of the love poets reading on this occasion and looking forward to it. A beautifully presented anthology of 200 poems with diverse styles and takes on love, by 173 poets.
